About that last post....

First off I hope all of you had a great Christmas (or whatever holiday you celebrate) and a great New Years!! I have to say this was probably my best one thus far....I'm ENGAGED!!!!!!!

My fiance and I have been together for 5 1/2 years...I was pretty set on the fact that he would be my boyfriend forever. Hehe. But he surprised me on Christmas Eve with an amazing proposal that still brings a smile to my face and a tear to my eyes. Maybe soon I will post the story on the proposal.

Anyhow, on to the title of this post..."About that last post", ok here is the deal. Crumble it up and throw it away. No I have not already given up...I am just starting later then I had originally planned. What can I say holiday food and sales got in the way. But I think that using the new year as a "fresh start" is a good thing no matter how cliche it sounds.

So the first thing I talked about was getting healthy and losing weight. We started on the 1st with a better diet. We are working on a workout plan now. I will keep you updated on the progress.

Next was my project pan...ok so if you don't know CVS is having their 75% off sale going on. Check out Nouveau Cheaps blog for LOTS of details www.nouveaucheap.blogspot.com. Side note: Nouveau Cheaps blogs are the BEST!!!! Especially for anyone on a budget. So back to what I was saying...I could not pass up this kind of sale. I made two trips: first trip spent $50.46 saved $97.82. Second trip I spent $40 something and saved around $110.00. It was awesome!! And now I am DONE. I am on a shopping ban. NO MORE!!! Well, here it comes, except for the UD Naked Palette. I have wanted that since it was released and can never get my hands on it. So if I get the chance I am buying that but that is all. The only things that I can purchase will be things like skincare items when I run out. Other then that...NO. So last night I bought a new storage unit for my makeup and went through everything and reorganized and cleared out. I have two gallon size zip lock bags full of makeup I never use. I am first taking them to my cousins to go through anything left I might do a blog sale or even a give away. I just don't want to trash them. They are all good, most new, just swatched.

And last I talked about returning to school. So I am on the search of which school in my area that I want to attend and I'll be on my way. My fiance and I discussed this and I want to finish my BA before we get married so I am now more determined then ever. Again, this is something I'll keep you posted on.
